The world of dating is not easy for everyone. For some it’s exciting and fun and a way of meeting new people, one of whom could potentially be their life partner. But for others it’s not so easy. Here are some tips to help you attract women. 1. Decide what it is you are looking for in a woman. It’s not all about looks, do you want someone easy-going, intelligent or funny? 2. Learn to read body language. There’s probably women around you trying to catch your attention, so learn to look out for the signs. This could be that every now and then they’ll gaze over at you, or they’ll be playing with their hair or maybe a piece of jewellery while looking at you. Learn to pick out these signals. 3. Make yourself approachable. Men should be friendly when in the presence of women. Strike up a conversation with the woman that catches your eye. Remember, most women still expect the man to make the first move. 4. Make sure you have an idea of something to talk about when you approach a woman, it will save you from having awkward silences. 5. Make eye contact. We are told that our eyes are the windows to our soul, so what better way to connect with a woman than to show her a glimpse of your soul. 6. Make sure you’re looking clean and presentable. Women like a man who looks after himself and takes pride in his appearance. 7. Women love men who have a great personality. When approaching women, no matter how nervous you may be, try and show the best sides of your personality. 8. Remember to be yourself. Don’t try to be someone you’re not, it will only lead to disappointment further down the line. 9. During your first conversation, do not talk about anything sex related such as Adult Toys. Attracting women is not as hard as it may seem. Don’t just expect that the woman of your dreams is going to turn up on your door step, you need to make it happen.

The term “self-esteem”, one of the oldest concepts in psychology, first appeared as a coinage of American psychologist and philosopher William James in 1890. It involves one’s mental perception of one’s qualities and not of one’s physical features. Most people’s feelings and thoughts about themselves regularly change based on their daily experiences. How well you do in an exam, how your friends treat you, the ups and downs in a relationship, these can all have a temporary impact on your wellbeing. Your self-esteem, however, is something more fundamental than the normal “ups and downs” associated with situational changes. For people with good levels of self-esteem, normal “ups and downs” may lead to temporary fluctuations in how they feel about themselves, but only to a limited extent. In contrast, for people with poor levels of self-esteem, these “ups and downs” can make all the difference in the world. Our self-esteem develops and evolves throughout our lives as we build an image of ourselves through our experiences with different people and activities. Experiences during our childhood play a particularly vital role in the shaping of our basic self-esteem. When we were growing up, our successes (and failures) and how we were treated by the members of our immediate family, by our teachers and by our peers, all contributed to the creation of our basic self-esteem. If you were praised and given attention during your childhood these would contribute to having a healthy self-esteem, however if you were teased and harshly critisised during your childhood, these are factors that would lead to low self-esteem. How can you improve you self-esteem? You can start by accepting that you are not alone, thousands of people feel the same. Secondly, you can start believing that you are a wonderful and special person. Don’t worry about making mistakes, we are all entitled to do so. Making mistakes is only human, and we all learn by them. Learn to respect yourself and you will be respected by others. Many people with poor self-esteem often think that they’re opinions don’t count. Learn to stop these negative thoughts. If that’s what you believe, you’ll only encourage other people to believe that too. Instead start thinking of yourself as someone who’s opinions and views are just as important as everybody else’s. One of the most important things you should be aware of is that the belief that you need to be different from how you are in order to be loved causes a great deal of misery. Unless you are happy within, you’ll never be truly satisfied with what you do. Loving yourself unconditionally is the key to happiness. With improved self-esteem, your relationships will benefit, if you are single, why not boost your self-esteem with Adult Toys. But you don’t have to be perfect: the most loved person in the world makes mistakes! You don’t even have to do your best. You don’t have to prove anything. You’re all right because you’re all right, and lovable exactly as you are.

Finding work-life balance in today’s fast-paced world is not a simple task. Spending more time at work than at home means you miss out on a rewarding personal life. Then again, if you’re facing challenges in your personal life, then concentrating on your job can be difficult. Whether the problem is too much or too little focus on work, when your work life and your personal life feel out of balance, it can result in stress. How work invades your personal life. There was a time when employees simply worked a nine to five job Monday to Friday, however, times have changed and the boundaries have blurred for many workers. The reasons for this is that people feel pressured to work longer hours to protect their jobs, also if you work for an international company you may have to be on call around the clock. We now all have the ability to work almost anywhere, from home or even whilst on holiday. If you have already experienced some of these challenges then you already know how easy it is for work to invade your personal life. Working overtime. Sometimes working overtime is important. It’s a choice you can make to adjust to a new job, or to pay the bills. If you work for a company that requires mandatory overtime, you won’t be able to avoid it, but you can certainly learn to manage it. If you decide to work overtime for financial reasons or to climb the career ladder, remember to do so in moderation. Learn to say no if you are too tired, or when its affecting your health or your home life. It isn’t easy to juggle the demands of a career and personal life, in fact for most people it’s an ongoing challenge to reduce stress and maintain harmony in the key areas of their lives. Prioritise the tasks you need to accomplish, then do them in the order of importance. Be realistic in planning your schedule and focus on the things you know you can achieve. Develop ways to work more efficiently at home and at work. Consolidating or combining jobs may be more time effective. Most importantly try and look on the bright side of things, life, as they say, is too short. Home Life. Allow yourself some down time at home, even if it’s just an hour here and there, devote that hour to yourself. Do something relaxing like taking a bath or reading, have some fun with Adult Toys. Remember, if you’re too tired, you won’t be able to concentrate at work, by learning to relax you’ll cope better with the demands of maintaining a good work-life balance.

Many people assume sex toys were invented by the Asians. While it’s true that Asians have used sexual aids for more than a 1000 years, dildos and vibrators have surprisingly western roots. No one is certain who invented the dildo, however its popularity is owed to an ancient Greek port city, Miletus, on the west coast of the present day Turkey. Miletus traders sold what the Greeks called Olibos around the Mediterranean. In ancient Greece they were used as sexual refuges for lonely ladies. In Italy the word Olibos became the word dildo, probably from the Italian word diletto, meaning to delight. However, compared with todays toys you could hardly describe them as delightful as they were made from wood, leather and stone. Dildos have always had a sexual purpose from the moment they were invented, vibrators on the other hand have not. Vibrators were invented 130 years ago to treat a medical illness known as “female hysteria”. Hysteria, meaning suffering uterus in Greek, involved anxiety, irritability, sexual fantasies, pelvic heaviness and excessive vaginal lubrication - sexual arousal during the Victorian era, when women were not considered sexual beings. Doctors would treat female hysteria by massasing their patients’ genitals until they experienced relief by paroxysm (orgasm). In the late 19th century the first electric vibrators surfaced. They were still camouflaged as therapy for female hysteria and were sold only to doctors. Gradually magazines started to advertise such devices to women for self treament of hysteria at home. In 1918, Sears Roebuck, and american chain of department stores touted one vibrator as being a very satisfactory aid every woman appreciates. Then an advertisement in a 1921 issue of “Heart’s” magazine urged men to buy the devices for their wives to keep them young and pretty and free from the illness of hysteria. But during the 1920s, early “blue” movies showed women using the devices for sexual stimulation. Early pornography stripped vibrators of their social camouflage of being massagers, and by 1930, they were no longer openly advertised. Today, Adult Toys are popular sexual aids and are sold for sexual purposes.

So who are The Vibrators? Well they’re not to be confused with adult toy Vibrators!

With a career lasting thirty one years, vocalist/guitarist Ian “Knox” Carnochan, bassist Pat Collier, guitarist John Ellis and drummer Eddie originally formed The Vibrators in February 1976. Their first gig was supporting The Stranglers at Hornsey Art College in North London. They supported The Sex Pistols at the 100 Club and were one of the bands playing at the now legendary 100 Club Punk Rock Festival, where as well as doing their own set they supported guitar hero Chris Spedding, who recommended the band to his then record company, RAK. The band’s debut single “We Vibrate” came out in November (one of the first punk singles) and was followed two weeks later by Chris Spedding’s “Pogo Dancing” single with The Vibrators as the band on that.

Early in 1977 the band supported Iggy Pop (with David Bowie on keyboards) on a UK tour, then moved to Epic Records and released the classic “Baby Baby” single, followed by their first album “Pure Mania” which spent five weeks in the UK Top 75, peaking at number 49.

Over the next few years, the line up changed many times, with some of the original band members leaving to pursue solo careers. A second album, “V2″ was released in April of 1978 and reached number 33 in the British Charts, and is still regarded today as one of New Waves finest moments.

The original line up reformed in mid 1982 (Knox, Eddie, Pat Collier and John Ellis) and signed to Anagram Records, releasing a new version of “Baby Baby”. This was followed by a single and album both called “Guilty”. Again the line up changed with various new members coming and going.

Over the years they have recorded a total of 16 albums. They are still touring today, and can be seen at many venues over the UK this year.

We are all aware of the importance of living a healthy life. But what with the fast paced lives we all live in modern society it can sometimes be hard to balance that with a healthy lifestyle. Good health helps us achieve a high quality of life, we sometimes just need a little help to live it everyday. Below are some tips to help you achieve a healthly way of living. 1. Exercise more. Make it a daily challenge to find ways to move your body. This doesn’t necessarily mean an hour of sweating it out at the gym, it could just be taking the stairs at work instead of the lift, walking the dog or mowing the grass. Exercising does not only improve your overall fitness it can also help in reducing stress. 2. Eat healthily. Avoid eating fatty foods, such as burgers, chips and pizzas. Aim to eat your recommended daily amounts of fruit and vegetables. If you can’t resist unhealthy food then remember a little in moderation is ok. 3. Reduce stress. Try to spend 30 minutes a day doing something you enjoy, for example, reading, walking, listening to music. Try to avoid difficult people where possible, and count to ten before losing your temper or getting annoyed. 4. Stop smoking. Apart from smoking being harmful to your health and those around you, smoking is about to be banned in all public indoor places in the UK as of July 2007. So there’s never been a better time to give up than now. 5. Protect yourself from pollution. If it’s impossible for you to live in a smog-free enviroment then at least avoid places where car fumes are high. If you spend your working week in a highly polluted area, then spend weekends where there is less pollution. 6. Enjoy a healthy sex life, try introducing Adult Toys into your relationship to spice things up. Don’t forget it’s also a great way of keeping fit too. 7. Avoid excessive drinking. While it has been reported recently that a glass of wine can protect against heart disease, that doesn’t mean drinking the whole bottle is beneficial too. Excessive drinking can lead to other health problems such as liver and kidney disease. Stick to the one glass and enjoy. 8. Stay positive. There is a definite connection between having a healthy lifestyle and having a cheery outlook on life. Life’s to short to get bogged down, learn to enjoy yourself. 9. Get a good nights sleep. Keep yourself busy during the day to enable a good nights sleep. Avoid drinking caffeiene late in the day, and try not to nap in the day as this will through out your body clock making it even more difficult to get a good nights sleep. With a few small changes to your daily lifestyle it is possible to lead a healthier life.

Why is it, that nearly all of us love chocolate, especially women. Did you know that 99% of all women love chocolate? It’s one of the most popular sweets of all time.

So why do we love chocolate so much?

Chocolate equals love. In our culture, chocolate is thought of as a romantic gift. For women especially, it’s associated with love and romance. This could be part of the reason why 99% of women love chocolate, as it makes them feel loved and special.

It tastes great as it melts in your mouth. Chocolate lovers often describe this melting feeling as a moment of true of ecstasy. It’s the cocoa butter in chocolate that gives it the rich and creamy texture that we love so much.

Chocolate makes us feel good. Chocolate contains phenylethylamine, the same chemical that is released in the brain when we fall in love. Eating chocolate can give some people a natural “high” which is often related to the feeling of being in love.

Chocolate is good for you. Recent studies show that chocolate, especially dark chocolate, contains chemicals that can lower the risk of cancer and heart disease. The antioxidants in dark chocolate have shown to make a difference in cardiovascular health.

Chocolate is great for your sex life. It is believed that chocolate is an aphrodisiac. Chocolate makes us feel good, which in turn makes for a healthy sex life. Chocolate can also be used in the bedroom for more creative ideas, many couples use chocolate body paints and lubricants with their Adult Toys to bring a bit of fun to the bedroom. Sex and chocolate combined is certain to help you maintain a happy relationship.

It’s important to remember not to overindulge in chocolate. It does contain high amounts of saturated fats and sugars that can cause obesity if you eat too much. However, when eaten in moderation, chocolate shouldn’t do any harm. It’s hard to find anyone who doesn’t like some kind of chocolate, whether it’s white, milk or dark. It not only tastes good but its health benefits give you a great excuse to keep on enjoying it too.

It is estimated that 5,000,000,000 condoms are used every year worldwide. So what’s the dealwith this popular form of contraception? Why do I need to use a Condom? Condoms are the only form of protection which can both help to stop the transmission of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) such as HIV and prevent pregnancy. A number of different types of condoms are now available. What is generally called a condom is the ‘male’ condom, a sheath or covering which fits over a man’s penis, and which is closed at one end. What are Condoms made of? Condoms are usually made of latex or polyurethane. If possible you should use a latex condom, as they are slightly more reliable, and in most countries they are most readily available. Latex condoms can only be used with water based lubricants, not oil based lubricants such as Vaseline as they break down the latex. A small number of people can have an allergic reaction to latex and can only use polyurethane condoms instead. Polyurethane condoms are made out of a type of plastic. They are thinner than latex condoms, and so they increase sensitivity and are more agreeable in feel and appearance to some users. They are more expensive than latex condoms and slightly less flexible so more lubrication may be needed. However both oil and water based lubricants can be used with them. What about the condom size? Condoms are made in different lengths and widths, and different manufacturers produce varying sizes. There is no standard length for condoms, though those made from natural rubber will in addition always stretch if necessary to fit the length of the man’s erect penis. The width of a condom can also vary. Some condoms have a slightly smaller width to give a “closer” fit, whereas others will be slightly larger. Condom manufacturers have realised that different lengths and widths are needed and are increasingly broadening their range of sizes. Is using a condom effective? If used properly, a condom is very effective at reducing the risk of being infected with HIV during sexual intercourse. Using a condom also provides protection against other sexually transmitted diseases, and protection against pregnancy. In the laboratory, latex condoms are very effective at blocking transmission of HIV because the pores in latex condoms are too small to allow the virus to pass through. However, outside of the laboratory condoms are not always 100% effective simply because people do not always use condoms properly. It is important to mention here that no form of contraception is 100% safe. But you are certainly a lot safer with condoms than you are without.

I know so many people who would like to bring sex toys into their relationship but have been too worried to do anything about it incase they offend their partner. I’m also sure that many people out there have tried to share a favourite sex toy with their partner and were not expecting such a negative response. Whatever the reason, it is possible to introduce sex toys into your relationship. Here are three good reasons for doing just that. 1. Sex toys help you to have better orgasms, and in some cases help you to have orgasms. 2. At some point in a relationship both parties get bored with their sex life, introducing sex toys brings a new element of fun to it and sharing new experiences together can only help enhance your relationship and bring more intimacy between you. 3. Sex toys can also help you to have better sex. Whilst the above comments would be enough to convince some people, others will need a little more convincing. Before going out and buying a sex toy to use within your relationship it’s always better to sit down with your partner beforehand to discuss how each other feels about this new idea. You should always treat your partners concerns with respect, and be prepared to deal with feelings such as inadequacy, emotional discomfort and ignorance. With all things in relationships, it’s always best to discuss things through and listen to each others points of view. While sex toys are commonly used for solo sex, many couples enjoy using sex toys together. It doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with your relationship, quite the opposite in fact. Usually it means both people are open-minded, intimate and trusting of their partner. Once you are comfortable about bringing sex toys into the relationship, just remember a few basic tips. Start slow. Try a nice, simple small dildo or vibrator. Once your partner is used to the toy, you can always try something else. Be gentle. Your partner may like it on the rough side, but hold back a little for the first few times you play with vibrators or dildos. There’s plenty of time to up the pace later. Talk to your partner. They may have agreed to use the toy, but that doesn’t mean your lover is 100% comfortable with the idea. Talk your way through the experience. Ask your partner if what you are doing together feels good. If it doesn’t, try something else. Use lubrication. Sex toys need lots of lube to slip and slide the way they should. Be flexible. The toy you’ve selected might turn out to be something totally different to what you were expecting. Don’t worry, put it aside and try something different. Be patient. Your partner may agree to play with the toy, and then change their mind half way through the experience. Be patient and try again another time. It might take time, but it will be worth the wait. The important thing to remember is that your relationship is a partnership, which implies that both of you are in this together, make the decisions together and select the toy together. Sharing the experience goes a long way to promoting even more trust between you. Most of all, enjoy the experience. If it really isn’t for you, then at least you’ve tried something new.

In the 1880s Kelsey Stinner invented the electric vibrator. By this time doctors had been treating women for female hysteria for centuries by massaging their genitals, today this would be recognised as masturbation. Not only did they not regard this as being remotely sexual, doctors also found it hard work and time consuming. Kelsey Stinners newly invented electric vibrator got the job done quickly and without much effort from the doctors and so became an extremely popular medical device. Soon after this, home versions became widely accepted and popular, thanks to advertisements in magazines such as Needlecraft and Woman’s Home Companion. By the 1920s these adverts disappeared due to their appearance in pornographic movies, in turn now making it impossible for polite society to hide the fact Vibrators were no longer used as just a medical device. Commonly disguised as body massagers, millions of vibrators have been sold to both men and women. Some people have never used their purchases for anything other than relief from aches and pains or muscle tension, however many people who have purchased vibrators, marketed as body massagers use them to reach sexual pleasure. Vibrators are known to allow women to achieve orgasm faster and easier and often provide more intense orgasms than those reached by manual stimulation alone. Vibrators are commonly recommended by sex therapists to women who have difficulty reaching orgasms by other means. Vibrators are also used by couples nowadays to enhance and to bring a new dimension to their sex lives. Although sex toys are now widely available, thanks mostly to the internet, the sale of such items is forbidden in several southern states in the USA. In many states the sale of vibrators and similar items is even illegal. Many stores get round this by issuing a statement that the customer must sign to state they are only being purchased for educational purposes only. There are currently a wide variety of different sex toys or marital aids, as they are sometimes referred to, avaiable on the market today. There is however a certain amount of stigma still attached to the purchase of sex toys, although popular TV shows such as Sex and the City have gone along way to eliminate this by featuring a rabbit vibrator in one of their series.
