How to get promoted in your carrier!

Hello everybody,

I am just new member of oocuz.com. I would like to introduce myself first. I am an engineer and working in one of the multinational company as a high level manager. And last 3 months I am struggeled to the computer and internet thinking only the way that If I am leading a wide people and the work why not focus on something an do something for my self and might quit from my job. Even though I earn quite a lot of money! Some of you might be thinking how crazy this idea would be or might not be thinking but what ever you are thinking it is the reality that I am although late thirties and having fun to do what I am doing in the last three months, I should keep on doing that.

Mainly I want to write you something about the business specially in the big companies how relations are going on to promote the people. I want to tell you from my experience every day one lessons learned and I will share some of my live history that would give some of you a benefit and idea what to do and what not do in the business enviroment if you want to promote. Those things will definitely be my experience but not my act. If I would be acted what I have learned I believe I would be CEO till now.
